The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ordering from this web site is restricted to UK Residents Only.

All items are subject to availability.

All prices on this website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP, £) and include VAT at the current standard rate.

Ordering and Payment

Our preferred method of trading is for you to complete our order form with your Name, Order Details, Telephone Number (land lines only) and Delivery Address, and we will ring you back to confirm the order details and arrange for payment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Switch. FOR YOUR OWN SECURITY, DO NOT SEND CREDIT/DEBIT CARD INFORMATION VIA EMAIL. Alternatively, you may pay by cheque, though this will entail waiting for clearance prior to any order being undertaken.

If paying by cheque, please make payable to 'Three Legged Cross Garden Centre Ltd.'.

You may, however, ring us with your order on 01202 827403 or 01202 822203. If you choose to ring your order through, we ask that you be patient during busy times.

0900 - 1700 Mon - Sat
1000 - 1600 Sun

Main details required will be : Name of Cardholder, Full Address of Cardholder (statement address), Full Delivery Address (if different), Telephone Number of Cardholder (not cellphone), Card Details, Items Required.

If payment has been made by credit or debit card, delivery will be to the cardholders address only. Delivery to an alternate address will require payment clearance prior to despatch.

Payment Terms are :

In all cases, once an order has been agreed you will be posted a copy of your order as confirmation. This confirmation will also include details of your cancellation rights, our returns policy and may include any guarantee information. Any receipts will be despatched to you at the same time. Please retain all your documents.

Carriage Charges / Delivery Times

Current approximations of delivery times are displayed here.

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for damage or defects. If the package / container shows signs of damage when delivered, please always sign the delivery not 'Package Damaged'. This will greatly assist us should there be any damage to the package contents. If you find defects or damage, you must tell us within 7 days and we will arrange for their return to us or the manufacturer at no cost to you. If the goods returned under this clause are found to be undamaged and in full working order, these will be returned to you and an administration charge of 10% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to you.

Back Orders / Delays

If your item is not in stock or we or our suppliers are experiencing problems that may delay your order, you will be contacted and given the opportunity to place the item on back order, or you may cancel if you prefer not to wait.

Cancellation Rights

Storemore Garden Buildings, Dino Cars and Action Tramps - The consumer has the right to cancel their order within 7 working days, starting from the day after the order was received, without giving a reason, and on the condition that the goods are returned in original packaging and in a new and re-saleable condition. You will however be responsible for the return of the goods and any carriage costs incurred. Should you wish to cancel your order within this period, you must provide notice to us in writing (either by post, email or fax). We will issue you with a refund (less any return carriage cost where applicable) within 30 days of cancellation.

Midland Portable Buildings - We at Three Legged Cross Garden Centre Ltd act as agents for the sale of garden buildings from Midland Portable Buildings. These buildings are factory constructed only to customer order and/or specification. The consumer may cancel their order in writing within 7 working days, starting from the day after the order was placed. Any cancellation after this period may result in a compensatory fee payable to, and at the full discretion of Midland Portable Buildings. You will however receive a full refund of any deposit made to Three Legged Cross Garden Centre Ltd.

Complaints

We endeavour to respond fairly to complaints within 5 working days, keeping you fully informed about progress. And we always welcome feedback concerning our products and services. Should you have a complaint, please ring us on (01202) 822203 or 827403, or email us at helpdesk@3leggedcross.co.uk.

Three Legged Cross Garden Centre Ltd. respects your rights as a consumer. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act, 1998. We do not disclose customer information to third parties, other than that necessary to fulfil orders (i.e., Customer/Contact Name, Full Delivery Address, Telephone Number and Email).
